DDR5 CTC3 Test Fixture

Description

CTC3 Test Fixtures enable engineers to access all DDR5 MRDIMM signals via SMP interface to a 287-pin MRDIMM socket. The CTC3’s design emphasizes signal integrity, realized through board fabrication using high-speed, low-loss materials and high-performance SMP connectors. A USB interface provides access to I2C device control. CTC3 fixtures are available in three configurations: with a high-performance/high-reliability DDR5 DIMM test socket, with a standard DDR5 MRDIMM socket, or without a DIMM socket attached.
