Description
The A9-RVC2-01 is a versatile DIMM test card focused on Gen5 Registering Clock Driver (RCD05) testing. It provides access to all I/Os — DCA_A/B, Q(A/B)CA_A and Q(A/B)CA_B inputs and outputs — of the RCD05 under test, and is configured over I2C using the CTC2 Controller software. Compatible with Astek’s A9-CTC2 Channel Test Card.

- Inputs and outputs DCA[6:0]_A/B, Q(A/B)CA[13:0]_A/B, QACS[3:0]_A/B, Q[A:Z]CK, DNU(0:13), DCK interfaced to the CTC DIMM connector
- RFU pins routed to gold fingers for user-specific tests
- 287-terminal gold finger edge connector, compliant with JEDEC SO-23E
- Controlled by CTC2 Controller software
