DDR5 Parametric Test Card

Description

The A9-DIMM5 DDR5 Registered DIMM Parametric Test Fixture enables designers to access all signals from a DDR5 DIMM slot by plugging the A9-DIMM5 test fixture directly into the DIMM connector. The test fixture is constructed from high speed, low loss MEGTRON 6 material.
