DDR5 Replica Channel

The DDR5 Replica Channel Card (RPLC) is a RDIMM receiver test calibration tool. Several “Trace Sets” consisting of a differential clock (CK or DQS) and associated single ended signal (CA/CS or DQ) are included on the RPLC, to emulate the signal paths on DDR5 Raw Card (JEDEC) DIMMs. Geometries of Trace Sets (trace length, PCB routing layer, series resistor value and location, via structure, and impedance) are similar that of a JEDEC Raw Card
