CTC3 Test Fixtures enable engineers to access all DDR5 MRDIMM signals via SMP interface to a 287 pin MRDIMM socket. CTC3’s design with emphasis on signal integrity is, realized through board fabrication using high speed, low loss materials and high performance SMP connectors. USB interface provides access to I2C device control. CTC3’s are available in three configurations with either a high performance/high reliability DDR5 DIMM test socket, standard DDR5 MRDIMM socket or without a DDR5 DIMM socket attached.
